Summary
This design features a bodice with a waist-pleated construction achieved by transforming traditional waist darts into pleat lines. The lower portions of the dart seams are stitched to form structured pleats, while the Slashing method is applied from the original darts to their apex to redistribute fullness. Pleated lines are developed on both sides of the front bodice, accentuating shape and visual interest. The design is further complemented by back shoulder straps and a gathered skirt, creating a balanced and cohesive garment silhouette.
