Sensory Exploration Curriculum Development for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at Friends Life Community

Abstract

This project served to promote sensory strategies among participants at a day program for adults with disabilities. Using an occupational therapy lens, a sensory exploration-based curriculum and collaborative efforts for a sensory room on site were developed.
