Abstract
Mitchell Boyd (1938-2018) was Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shoney’s restaurant. He also created SHOCAP, a franchising concept which included several restaurants and hotel brands. Shoney’s would purchase SHOCAP. In his interview Boyd discusses his career and business ventures.
