Description
This is a large-scale scribble drawing of student’s father. Drawn from a photo, it shows correct proportions and was graded based on how much it looked like the source. The outside of class assignment asked students to brainstorm and then choose someone who they considered a personal hero. It was somewhat conceptual designed to get students to begin thinking about how to make art about personal ideas but also skills based as it reinforced our face study.
