Summary
The purpose of the garment project is to move waist dart of basic bodice block to create shoulder seam with gathers. By applying the slashing technique from the waist dart, the seam is transferred to the shoulder. This bodice design complimented with the gathered skirt adds a symmetrical balance to the back cowl neckline.
