Summary
Accuracy of species identification can aid wildlife conservation efforts. The primary focus of this data science project is wildcat classification. Utilizing a variety of wild feline creatures including lions, lynx, Pallas’s cats, and cheetahs, this project implements convolutional neural networks to sort images of cats to group membership within their respective species.
