Summary
This project introduces BEATS (Belmont Employment Assistance for Thriving Students), a campus-based intervention designed to reduce employment-related stress and support the well-being of working students. This work matters because stress among employed college students is not only common, but also has direct implications for academic success, mental health, and long-term outcomes.
