Summary

This poster session features student work from Belmont University’s Global Health Innovation and Missions course, where students collaborated on the development of educational modules for Clinical Chaplaincy: Whole-Person Care to Improve Community Health in Honduras. Created in response to a need identified by Luke 9:2 Ministries and local partners, these modules are designed to equip pastors in rural Honduras who aspire to become community health workers with foundational knowledge in areas such as first aid, disaster risk reduction, public health, counseling, leadership, community relations, and whole-person care. Collectively, the project reflects an applied, partner-centered model of global health education in which Belmont students use innovation, faith, and interdisciplinary learning to help communities flourish.
