Summary
In this session, students present field-based learning experiences that bridge theory and practice through coursework in Lifespan Development and Social Determinants of Health. Drawing from community engagement and applied observations, students share insights into how developmental stages and environmental factors shape learning, well-being, and educational outcomes. The presentation also highlights student-authored articles from Edgehill’s Best Community Paper, showcasing how candidates elevate community voices, connect research to real-world contexts, and engage in meaningful, place-based storytelling.
