Description

This was taken at our last group meal of the trip. Throughout the program we had discussed food and it’s role in our lives. We ate fast food together, cooked together, and experienced food in a different way. Many of us stepped out of our comfort zones at the final meal by trying new dishes, including oysters. This was the culmination of 2 weeks spent learning and discussing the food we eat and what it means for the rest of the World.
