Description
This was one of my favorite days all semester. I took a weekend trip with some friends to the Western Scottish coast and we had horrible, cold, rainy weather until our last day. We stumbled on this tiny island by complete accident. The 12 passenger ferry to Kerrera was the only ferry running on Sundays, so we hopped on with no knowledge or expectations of where it would lead. Just as we prepared to turn around, we decided to go a little farther and see what laid on the other side of the hill. As we rounded a corner and climbed out of the valley, we stood breathless in awe of the scene that laid in front of us.
