Description

The 500 to 2,000 year-old Redwoods make those in it feel as though they are in Jurassic World or hiking with Ewoks on the moon of Endor. A truly magical place, this photo shows the largeness of the trees and ferns, as well as the intricacies of the bark and canopies above. Even though only 5% of the original Redwoods are still standing today as a result of logging during the gold rush, this amazing 5% makes the thought of another 95% standing just as tall unfathomable.
