Belmont Law Review

Policies

The Belmont Law Review welcomes article submissions from law school professors and legal practitioners, as well as note submissions from law students currently attending Belmont University College of Law or another law school.

Electronic submissions are preferred and may be submitted via ExpressO or Email. Hard copy submissions may be submitted to:

All submissions should include a copy of your manuscript, as well as a CV and a cover letter that provides the following details: the name of your manuscript, your telephone number, your address, and e-mail address. Hard copies of manuscripts cannot be returned.

  • All citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010).
  • Footnotes are preferred over endnotes.
  • Document should be in Microsoft Word format.
