Abstract

"The Last Time" is an eight song album that explores the concept of heartbreak in the context of the seven stages of grief.

The Seven Stages:

1. Shock/ Confusion
2. Pain/ Guilt
3. Anger/ Bargaining
4. Depression and Loneliness
5. The Upward Turn
6. Reconstruction / Working Through
7. Acceptance / Hope
