Abstract

Joe Rodgers (1933-2009) was the founder of Rodgers Construction, who built the first five hospitals for the Hospital Corporation of America. Rodgers was active in national politics, serving as The Republican National Committee’s Finance Chairman from 1978-1980.  In 1985, President Reagan named him to as Ambassador to France.  In his interview, Rodgers discusses his career and political endeavors.
