Abstract

Donald Cowan (1923-2018) was an architect and visionary who designed many Nashville staples including Parkview Surgery Center, Memorial Hospital, and was the original architect for the Hospital Corporation of America.   In his interview he discusses his architectural projects along with his relationship with Jack C. Massey and Dr. Thomas Frist Sr.
