Abstract

Ceclia Adkins (1923-2007) worked at the Sunday School Publishing Board of the National Baptist Convention. In 1975 she became the first woman and lay person elected to the position of executive director of the Sunday School Publishing Board of the National Baptist Convention. In her interview, she discusses her career and some of the choices she made as executive director.
