Abstract
This report and presentation deliver the outcome of a comprehensive social media audit conducted on Kahoot! The audit analyzes the brand’s communication strategies on various digital platforms.
The analysis revealed that Kahoot! effectively uses a diverse range of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook to connect with its target audience. Its content strategy includes visually appealing designs, humorous posts, and educational graphics that encompass the brand's message. Its engagement strategy includes liking messages, interacting with followers, and creating features which encourage their followers to participate. Both its content and engagement strategies are well-established best practices for social media use and management.
There are opportunities for Kahoot! to improve its brand presence on its various platforms of communication. Through engaging directly to their target audience within their content creation on each platform that Kahoot! currently occupies, they can reach said audience in a more personable manner. By doing this Kahoot! will have curated content for their specific target audiences on certain platforms, which will lead to better engagement.
In conclusion, findings and recommendations are offered for Kahoot! to better its social media presence and become a stronger brand.
