Description

The most traditional meal you can get in Ireland always comes with potatoes. This is the kind of meal that has history attached to it. The Irish people have dealt with the nasty potato famine and now are celebrating the fact that they have conquered it by including the potato as a staple in every meal. Whether or not you find this meal appetizing by the picture, I can assure you that it is and the pieces of meat you see on top of the potatoes is considered to be the Irish version of bacon.
