Description
There are central issues concerning morality and war and the most important of these is that since the 5th century, Western civilizations have taken the view that morality always requires of us a well-defined and thoughtful justification for acts of war. In this talk, Ronnie Littlejohn explores the significance of the U.S. policy change embodied in the doctrine of preemption developed in light of 9.11.2001.
